So, who am I?
A native of West Hollywood, child prodigy Melique Berger has been a working voiceover professional since the age of 19. Her long and varied career ranges from acting and singing with LA theatre ensembles since she was 3 to playing flute in concert with James Galway and the Los Angeles Philharmonic as a young teen. As an adult, she has wowed animation audiences breathing life into such characters as Rick and Morty’s Mrs Pancakes, Chief Bea in The Cuphead Show, and The Great Fairy Kaysa in The Legend Of Zelda, and Coffee from Cowboy Bebop, to name a few. Her directing credits include the radio drama ‘Invoke’, the Cocomelon and Blippy promos for Moonbug Productions and SiriusXM, In addition to a starring role, she is currently directing the award winning Fried Chicken and Latkes written and created by Rain Pryor. Melique, a multi-nominated and award winning artist in her own right, currently coaches and teaches, highlighting her highly sought after commercial and animation voiceover demo production. She is the brain child behind her branded technique, The Art of the Pivot, helping actors explore character development in each script they encounter from audition to performance. Melique is originator and director of the 15 year old Berger’s Reels, A Company of Actors. In addition to writing her autobiography, she is currently in production on several new and exciting animation projects.
